The Lost
T-shirts of TechEd

TechEd T-shirts - love 'em or hate 'em, you can't escape the conference without one. We compare and contrast styles of recent years.

TechEd 96 (special edition)

A special edition for TechEd 96 this one scores highly because it is a polo shirt rather than a regular T-shirt, allowing you to ventilate yourself by unbuttoning the neck, an option not available to T-shirt wearers unless you want to badly stretch the neck hole of your shirt. A high quality item and the cool duck-egg blue goes with anything, yes?

TechEd 98, Nice, France

The Nice shirt is very fashionable shirt to be seen in at this year's conference, and has a certain snob value which says, "I spent a week in the sun last year". A certain French style too, perhaps.

TechEd 99, Amsterdam

Wearing this year's shirt says more about how many changes of clothes you brought than about your personal style. Dark grey can actually kill you dead in this heat, too.

And finally the owner of all these shirts, Mark Allen Perry - a legend in his own TechEd - sports a TechEd 96 shirt bearing the caption, "take a bite out of technology".
